Why we exist
Commercial leasing, real estate financing, and corporate asset finance involve terminology, structures, and trade-offs that are rarely explained clearly in one place. Austria Leasing GmbH was set up to close that gap: a single, neutral reference for how these financing categories work in practice.
We are based in Eschborn, on the edge of Frankfurt am Main's financial district, and our content is written with a European corporate audience in mind — companies that lease vehicles and machinery, finance commercial property, or manage large equipment portfolios.
